how long do the brownies last?

to maintain the quality of the brownies, you can keep them up to 7 days at room temperature (if you can keep your hands off them for that long!), 2 weeks in the fridge and can also be frozen for up to a month.

we recommend popping the brownies into the fridge for maximum freshness and removing them 2-4 hours before serving to bring them back up to room temperature. for shelf-life, they are safe to consume for 3 weeks at room temperature and 6 weeks in the fridge.

how many brownies come in a box?

we have 3, 6, and 12 piece options for each individual flavour. mixed boxes only come in 6 or 12 piece options.

only our peanut butter and cherry and almond brownies contain nuts.

however, as all the brownies are made in the same kitchen, there will always be a chance of cross contamination. might be worth the epi-pen tho 🫣

how long do the brownies take to deliver?

all of our brownies are made fresh to order. you pick your desired delivery date at checkout, and then we use Royal Mail's 24h Tracked service when the time for delivery comes.

please note that saturday and sunday deliveries are currently unavailable.

as well as providing a postal brownie service, we are proud to have exhibited at london muslim shopping festival 2024 in february!

we have some other events and festivals that we will be exhibiting at later in 2024 which we are very excited about! follow us on instagram and tiktok to see when these will be happening and pop by to say hello!

can i cancel an order?

we don’t know why you’d want to, but we understand unforeseeable circumstances arise. a full refund will be offered if you cancel 4 working days before the delivery day.

for example, if the delivery day is for friday, the latest you can cancel is by end of day monday. saturday and sunday do not count as working days.
